Every item will be checked carefully through 8 to 11 steps before packaging to customers.
Quality Control Procedures
1. Check the quality of the fabric at the fabric warehouse
2. Check the quality of the raw materials in the material room for each sample.
3. After hand embroidery or machine embroidery, check the quality of the embroidery before sending it to the sewing factory.
4. Each sewing line will have a technician to check the product before sending it to QC
5. The sample product will be sent to the Design department to re-measure the product parameters (length, width).
6. The product is brought to the Sales department for the suppliers to check
7. Customers are ok with the new product and send it to customers
